SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Rates:

Orders are shipped via Canada Post, rates will be specified at check out based on your shipping address.  There will be free shipping on all orders over $150 within Canada.

Processing Times:

All orders will be processed within 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Tracking:

Orders can be tracked by visiting www.canadapost.ca and entering your tracking number, which may be found in the shipping confirmation email we sent you.

Pick Up in Store:

At checkout customers can select to “Pick Up” their purchases in store.  Please wait for a pick up confirmation email before you come in and have your order number and I.D. ready.

Customers have up to 7 days to pick up their purchase from the pick up confirmation email date, and up to 7 days after pick up to make an exchange or return. Any orders picked up after 7 days have up to the maximum of 14 days from the original pick up confirmation email date to make a return or exchange, after that all sales are final.

Sold-out Item:

Multiple customers may order an exact item simultaneously and the system will process the orders as first come first serve. Therefore, items ordered may become out of stock after the transaction was processed and customers will be refunded.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

Return & Exchange Policy:

Holiday Gifts Exchange Policy: If purchasing a holiday gift, please request a gift receipt. Exchange-only permitted with receipt until January 7th, 2024. Any items already on SALE or purchased during a Promotional Sale (i.e. BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER MONDAY, ETC.) are FINAL SALE and are excluded from this policy. 

ALL DISCOUNTED SALE MERCHANDISE OR MERCHANDISE PURCHASED DURING A PROMOTIONAL SALE – All of these items are FINAL SALE.

Regular Price Merchandise Refund or exchange is strictly permitted within 7 days (Canada and U.S.)  or 10 days (Outside Canada and the U.S.) from the date you receive your order. Merchandise cannot be worn, damaged, altered or washed and must have original tags. Merchandise will be inspected, and you will be notified once the exchange has been processed. Refer below to the instructions on how to make a return or exchange.

Lingerie, Accessories, Bathing Suits, Bodysuits Merchandise All of these items are FINAL SALE. 

In Store Return or Exchange:

Regular priced merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt at our boutique in person and must be accompanied with your invoice.

Online Return or Exchange:

Follow these instructions if you would like to make an online return or exchange:

  • Email us at (info@whitecherryboutique.com) with the following information: your complete contact information, order number, items being returned or exchanged, and indicate new size or item you would like to exchange for
  • We will provide you with a Return Authorization number
  • Place your items being returned in a secure package, with a copy of the invoice and Return Authorization number
  • Mail your package to:

    • Return shipping will be at your expense, shipping must be insured and you must provide us with tracking info (We are not responsible for any return packages that are lost or stolen while in transit)
    • Refund or exchange is strictly permitted within 7 days (Canada and U.S.) or 10 days (Outside Canada and the U.S.) from the date your order is delivered

    PAYMENT METHODS

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system.

    All charges will be in Canadian dollars. White Cherry is not responsible for foreign currency fees that your credit card company may charge. On all International orders, we cannot guarantee if there will be any additional taxes or duties that you may be charged in addition to what’s charged at time of checkout.
